This Ethiopia Grade 1 (highest quality) is from the Yirgacheffe region which is known for its fruity yummy coffees. Due to its dry (natural) processing, it has a ripe raspberry sweetness, followed perfectly by the comfort and creaminess of a brownie and finishing with an aftertaste of hazelnuts roasting on an open fire.
